It’s easy to get the information you need
You can submit your primary electronic claims directly to Medicare. Medicare uses member eligibility files to verify secondary insurance carriers and routes the appropriate secondary claims to us for processing and payment.

Add us to the Payer list in your Practice Management Software
You can submit inquires for eligibility, benefit, and claim status using Payer ID AESSI.

Already signed up for portal access? Use the login button at the top of the page and select Provider Login.
To access payments or request remittance advice for payments made between July 23, 2021 and January 5, 2024 go to https://providerpayments.com/
For payments issued after January 5, 2024, you can log in to https://provider.zelispayments.com/ to access your explanation of payment and request remittance advice. For questions regarding your payment, you can speak to a representative at 1-877-828-8770.
